Down Dog Deconstructed Sunday, December 15th 4:00- 6:00 pm $25 per person
Whether as done a warm up, transition, in the midst of a sun salutation or taken as a “resting” pose, we practice downward facing dog often in traditional yoga classes but rarely stop to take time to break down or troubleshoot the pose step by step. This workshop is your opportunity to learn the proper alignment in downward facing dog, or adho mukha svanasana, from fingertips to toes through the use of preparatory postures, props and modifications. You will gain insight and awareness into your own body’s mechanics and the mechanics of the pose itself to help you develop the strength, stability and flexibility you need to avoid repetitive strain injuries and guarantee your practice for years to come. Yogis of all levels are welcome. There will be plenty of time for interaction, Q&A, and individual assists, so bring any and all questions! The workshop session will conclude with an extra juicy extended savasana and yoga nidra guided relaxation practice.
Preschool Yoga with Harper Dion Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm
January 15th to March 25th (NO CLASS 2/19) 10 week session $350 Drop off class for 2.5 to 4.5 year olds. In this class we learn basic yoga poses, focus on the Yoga Pose of the Day, and practice breathing techniques. We will also enjoy story time, arts & craft, sensory exploration, and open play.

TUESDAYS January 7th to March 24th (no class 2/18) 5-8 Year Olds 4:00-5:00pm 9-12 Year Olds 5:15-6:15pm 11 week session $275 One hour yoga classes for school age kids. Each class we will learn age appropriate yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Restorative poses, art, and self expression will also be incorporated throughout class. *Need 4 kids to run class.
