Adult Yoga Classes
*Teens 12-16 are welcome to attend class when accompanied by a parent, teens will be charged as an adult. Teens 16+ are welcome to attend class without a parent, but must have parent sign waiver prior to attending class.
Vinyasa Yoga - During the 75 minute vinyasa yoga classes, students learn to coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Restorative Yoga - This 75 minute class moves at a lower pace than an open level yoga class. This class also focuses on various restorative needs of the body and helps relieve tension and stress from day-to-day activities. People of all ages and physical condition welcome!
Community Yoga by Donation - This 60 minutes class is designed to accommodate both beginner and advanced students. The class introduces poses with detail instruction at a moderate pace.
Prenatal Yoga - This 75 minutes class is designed for the mother-to-be at any stage of her pregnancy. Structured to focus on supporting the changing body and help prepare for birth.
Postnatal Yoga (Babies Optional) - This class is especially designed for moms to include poses and exercises intended to support women. This hour long practice includes a vinyasa flow and restorative elements. Moms are welcome to bring babies newborns to pre-crawling but babies are not required to attend.
Baby and Me Yoga - (6 weeks to crawling) This 60 minute class is designed for to focus on postpartum healing and encourage baby-parent bonding. Both parent and baby will participate in the class through yoga and infant movement.

Family Yoga - Parents/caregiver & Kids
Family Yoga is designed to educate both children and parents/caregiver in yoga poses and movement in a healthy and fun environment. Class is 45 minutes.
Kids Classes - Children must be accompanied by parent/caregiver
Yoga for 5-8 Year Olds & Yoga for 9-12 Year Olds - One hour yoga classes for school age kids. Each class we will learn age appropriate yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Restorative poses, art, and self expression will also be incorporated through out class. Single Class Drop-ins $20, Package for 4 classes $75.
Yoga with Kiddos - (walking to 4 years old) Learn basic yoga poses, explore breathing techniques, and have fun with partner poses! This class helps build personal awareness and self-confidence. *Parent and child participation encouraged!
Baby Art and Movement- (6 months to 36 months) This class is designed to help creativity grow. We will explore sensory play, develop fine motor skills, sing songs and make a take home art project. *We will be working with paints, parents beware and please dress yourselves and kiddos in appropriate clothing. Tuesday 11am and Saturday 2:30pm, 8 Week Series, September 4 to October 27 . Drop-ins welcome!
Kiddo Learning Space- (1.5 to 2.5 years old) 2 hour drop off class for kiddos 1.5 to 2.5 years. In this class we will do group movement activities, arts & crafts, read stories, do sensory exploration activities, and allow plenty of time for free play and engagement with other kiddos. This is a gentle separation class where parents are welcome to stay and allow the kiddos to feel secure and comfortable in their environment. Parents are also welcome to drop off at beginning of class once your kiddo is confident in their independence. Class will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:30-11:30am.
Preschool Yoga School- Drop off class for 2.5 to 4.5 year olds. In this class we learn basic yoga poses, focus on the Yoga Pose of the Day, and practice breathing techniques. We will also enjoy story time, snacks, arts & craft, sensory exploration, open play. Snacks provided. Limited space availability. Class will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30-5:30pm. Winter session will be 11 weeks with classes starting Monday, January 7th to. Holiday dates off 2/18 to 2/22. Please contact studio for Fall registration.
