Adult Yoga Classes
*Teens 12-16 are welcome to attend class when accompanied by a parent, teens will be charged as an adult. Teens 16+ are welcome to attend class without a parent, but must have parent sign waiver prior to attending class.
Vinyasa Yoga - During the 75 minute vinyasa yoga classes, students learn to coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Restorative Yoga - This 75 minute class moves at a lower pace than an open level yoga class. This class also focuses on various restorative needs of the body and helps relieve tension and stress from day-to-day activities. People of all ages and physical condition welcome!
Community Yoga by Donation - This 60 minutes class is designed to accommodate both beginner and advanced students. The class introduces poses with detail instruction at a moderate pace.
Prenatal Yoga - This 75 minutes class is designed for the mother-to-be at any stage of her pregnancy. Structured to focus on supporting the changing body and help prepare for birth.
Postnatal Yoga (Babies Optional) - This class is especially designed for moms to include poses and exercises intended to support women. This hour long practice includes a vinyasa flow and restorative elements. Moms are welcome to bring babies newborns to pre-crawling but babies are not required to attend.
Baby and Me Yoga - (6 weeks to crawling) This 60 minute class is designed for to focus on postpartum healing and encourage baby-parent bonding. Both parent and baby will participate in the class through yoga and infant movement.

Family Yoga - Parents/caregiver & Kids
Family Yoga is designed to educate both children and parents/caregiver in yoga poses and movement in a healthy and fun environment. Class is 45 minutes.
